Terms and Conditions for Cerebra’s Count Me In Lottery

  1. No person under the age of 16 shall be able to enter the lottery.
  2. No member of Cerebra’s staff or their family may participate in the lottery.
  3. The draw shall take place each week.
  4. The Promoter shall determine the prizes from time to time.
  5. Each draw shall take place at Cerebra’s office.
  6. All prize winners shall be notified by phone or post and a cheque will be sent to the entrant’s registered address.
  7. A unique number will be allocated by the Promoter to each entrant.
  8. The number allocated will remain the same for the period of the person’s participation.
  9. There are no restrictions on the number of entries one person can make.
  10. Cancellation of a direct debit is the Player’s responsibility and any monies paid in advance are non-refundable. We request that you confirm in writing your intention to withdraw from the scheme.
  11. In the event of a dispute the Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
  12. The letter you will receive from Cerebra indicating your unique number is not proof of entry in to the draw; however, the drawing of funds from your nominated bank account will constitute such proof.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to delay or otherwise reschedule the draw should the Promoter deem it necessary.
  14. Cerebra’s lottery is registered with the Gambling Commission under The Gambling Act 2005. Official Promoter is Mr Mark McArdle, Cerebra, Second Floor Offices, The Lyric Building, King Street, Carmarthen, SA31 1BD.
