After a successful pilot scheme in 2007, Cerebra have continued the Wills and Trust Voucher Scheme into 2010. The voucher is worth up to £350 towards the cost of a solicitor or professional will writng service preparing a will and discretionary trust to make provision for your child’s future.
Your child must have a brain-related condition, be aged 16 or under and be receiving the Middle or High Rate of the Care Component of Disability Living Allowance (DLA).
To apply you can request or download an application form. You must include with your application:
1. A copy of your child's DLA award.
2. A copy of a letter from a professional that confirms your child's condition.
