Drooling Treatment

Treatments for drooling as a result of insufficient muscle control of the tongue, mouth and throat are not 100% successful, but are improving. They can cause side effects and complications. Surgery and drugs are mainline treatments, and biofeedback and botox are other approaches tried. Some success has been claimed for physical therapies, such as point percussion, and behavioural approaches.
