Behaviour Modification

Used as a technique within a number of different therapies in training for developmental delays, for behavioural aspects of CNS conditions, to correct abnormal characteristics (e.g. of fine motor movement) and where there is held to be a major psychological or psychosomatic component. Originates from ideas of Skinner and others on conditioning, and on group dynamics.
