Rolfing / Structural Integration

A form of deep tissue manipulation and stretching based on the idea that function improves when the body is correctly aligned. Claims to relieve pain and improve movement. Rolfing has been found to benefit some people with mild cerebral palsy, but to worsen muscle tightness in moderate and severe cerebral palsy.
