Instrumental Enrichment is an educational programme developed by Professor Reuven Feuerstein for learning disorders and disabilities. It seeks to alter underlying values and belief systems, to enhance the way a person learns and thinks. The adult is a 'mediator' and the child has a 'mediated learning experience'. Intensive ongoing learning is required of the practitioner. No child is held to be unteachable.
