Feldenkrais

Two methods arising out of sports injuries techniques, awareness through movement (group lessons), and functional integration (individualised touch and movement). Both attempt to replace old patterns of movement with new ones. The second method is more often used with children to enable them to move more easily. Like the Alexander Technique, it is a general movement and posture method, not especially for cerebral palsy. Some studies have looked at its effects with various neurological conditions.
