Vallecchia - Our first Holiday Home
Vallecchia is a large four bedroom dormer bungalow situated in Hook, Pembrokeshire, South West Wales. Hook is a quiet village on the Cleddau Estuary, with a population of just over 1,000 people. It is about five miles from the larger centre of Haverfordwest and within easy reach of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
This is the first property that Cerebra has bought as a holiday home for its members. It has a total floor area of over 250 square metres, with 150 square metres on the ground floor. It has a large garden and a detached double garage, which is used as a games room, with table tennis, table football and a pool table. There are layout plans which are available should you wish to review the space and dimensions of the rooms.
Vallecchia is set up to be as disability friendly as possible. There is a ramped entrance to allow wheelchair access and a large bedroom en-suite facilities on the ground floor. It also has a multi-sensory room and a soft play area with tactile sensory toys.
We have included a number of services that we hope will make your holiday an enjoyable one. We can also arrange some support: a cleaner to visit the property to help with any domestic requirements and a nurse to help with care one day a week - if this service is needed more often, you can pay extra for more help.
The house is available all year round and qualifying families may book for one week, Saturday to Saturday. You can arrive after 3pm on your first Saturday and you must leave by 11am on the following Saturday, to allow us to prepare it for the next visitors.

How do I book?
There is huge demand for the property and it is already fully booked for 2009 and 2010.

How much will it cost?
It is FREE to members of Cerebra*.
