Claire has extensive experience of advising clients on brain injury claims and leads the clinical negligence team at the Taunton Office, representing parents and injured children in their claims.  She is recognised as a Leader in her Field in both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners Directories and is a member of the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme. Claire is also a Trustee of two brain injury charities.

Rob Antrobus

Rob is a medical negligence specialist with over 15 years’ experience, and leads the Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury and Mental Capacity team. His particular areas of expertise are supporting clients with birth injury claims and claims arising from, and resulting in neurological injuries. Rob is also Trustee for a number of charities and action groups that support those suffering from brain injuries.

Holly Mieville-Hawkins

Holly is a specialist mental capacity solicitor. She deals with applications to the Court of Protection, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship and trusts for vulnerable people, funding and care issues. She is ranked as an ‘Associate to Watch’ in Chambers UK. Through her work with the Law Society and OPG, Holly is involved with mental capacity policy work and creating guidance for the legal profession.
