Investors In People

IIP is a Standard. To obtain it any organisation or business needs to satisfy strict criteria that show that the organisation has advanced its performance – specifically through its people. It is a standard developed by leading businesses and national organisations.

Cerebra sought to acquire this recognition by showing that we had both improved our performance and realised our objectives through the management and development of our staff.

To achieve this we developed strategies to improve the performance of Cerebra through investment in our people, took action to implement those strategies and continuously review the impact on the performance of our organisation. This cycle of planning, acting and reviewing is the corner-stone of IIP for any organisation.

People are our greatest asset, and for Cerebra to succeed everyone has to perform well. People need the right knowledge, skills and motivation to work efficiently.

Investors in People recognises how organisations have used different means to achieve this.

Our whole Business Plan, our whole organisational structure and our internal as well as external relationships are built around these principles and this working ethos.

In July 2005 we were extremely proud to be awarded the Standard and today continue to be proud to be recognised - as An Investor in Our People.
