In 2005 Cerebra won the prestigious Effective IT Award for 'Most Effective Software Project.' We were selected from more than 400 entries, and beat off competition from 400 other short-listed nominees.
Cerebra won the award for the innovative use of technology within its Call Centre. The Information Age Effective IT Awards are designed to highlight the effective use of technology across a broad range of industries and across all company sizes. The emphasis is on rewarding projects that have not only helped save money, but that have delivered tangible benefits to the business in terms of improved business processes or enhanced capabilities.
