Cerebra, For Brain Injured Children & Young People ("Cerebra") is a charity, limited by guarantee and registered (No: 4336208 / Reg. Charity No: 1089812).
Cerebra sets out to provide information and support to the parents and carers of children and young people with brain-related/neurological conditions; all of the services offered are provided completely free of charge.
Cerebra seeks to raise or generate funds to finance its services. Such finance is raised or generated through coin card donations, charitable giving, fund raising events and membership in its weekly lottery.
Cerebra will hold and process your personal information for the purposes of administration, events participation, organisation records and contact, volunteer records and contact, financial subscription payments and records, electronic financial receipts and charitable donations records, information mailing, goods and services provided, lottery membership records, donation trend and profile analysis.
At no time will Cerebra pass your personal information on to any third party without your express permission other than when obliged to do so by legislation at that time in force and then only with the express authority of the Chief Executive.
Due to the nature of the internet, it is possible that your personal data may be transferred to, or transmitted via, countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) where the law may not protect your details to the same extent as within the EEA. If you wish that your details remain solely within the EEA then please DO NOT use our website to inform us of them.
Apart from the uses outlined above, Cerebra may also wish to use your details for other purposes such as contacting you for fund raising purposes or to inform you of events and other activities or news from time to time.
