A username and password are required to access Research Application pages. These pages are restricted to trustees, Cerebra senior management, employees and members of our Research Advisory Committee.

At Cerebra we receive numerous requests from researchers for project funding. Before committing funds to any research project the trustees must satisfy themselves, through careful evaluation of the proposal, that research is likely to be of good quality and will realise a benefit to brain injured children.

The easiest way of circulating these applications internally is to post them on our website. This allows easy access of the applications and has the facility for all comments on proposals to be submitted and collated electronically. Some applications we recieve contain sensetive or confidential information which may not be appropriate to be publicly available. This is why applications we are currently considering are posted on restricted pages. It is our policy, however, that once we have approved funding for a project, details are made available to the public via the unrestricted pages of our website.

The Research Advisory Committee is a small group of volunteers who have a professional and/or personal interest in brain injury. The committee assists the trustees in assessing the quality and likely benefit of research proposals we receive.
