When you sign up to join the lottery, Cerebra will send you a confirmation letter together with a collection schedule advising you of your lottery number.

Your Payment
In return for your subscription payment of your random 'draw number' will be entered into the weekly draw carried out every Thursday. The weekly cost of entry is £1.
Direct Debit Guarantee
Copy of the safeguards under the Direct Debit Guarantee will be sent to you with our confirmation letter. In the event of an error, you are entitled to immediate refund from your Bank or Building Society.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel at any time and all the Banks and Building Societies that take part in the Direct Debit Scheme offer this guarantee.

Prizes and Notification
You will be notified in writing of any prize that you win within one week of the draw. A cheque for your prize will be sent with your notification letter.

Entry into the draws

The requirements of the Gambling Act 2005 mean that Cerebra has a statutory obligation to verify that those joining our lottery are 16 years old or over and reside in the UK. By joining, you are agreeing to Cerebra carrying out any necessary checks deemed appropriate which may include references to credit and government agencies.
Right to Amend
If there is a change to the date, amount or frequency of your Direct Debit, we will always give 10 working days notice in advance of your account being debited.
