Everyone knows how tough it can be if your sleep is disrupted. With this in mind we started our sleep service to help children (and their families) who have trouble sleeping. We have a team of sleep practitioners who can offer help and advice on overcoming sleep problems such as anxiety at night and not being able to get to sleep, bedwetting, nightmares and repetitive movement disorders. Mostly this is done though the post and over the phone but in some cases a sleep counsellor can come out and visit you.
