Sometimes you need more practical help than we're able to offer over the phone. That's why we started building our network of regional Parent Support workers. They offer the face-to-face support that we can't give from head office.
They can help you fill in forms – like the mammoth Disability Living Allowance claim form and our own grant form, attend meetings or tribunals with you and share more in-depth local knowledge on dealing with educational issues and accessing services. They're available to give talks to parent support groups, other charities or statutory departments about what Cerebra do.
They also arrange fun events and outings throughout the year, which you may be able to attend.
We currently have 10 Parent Support Workers dotted around the UK and we hope to expand to cover more of the country in time. Use the links below or on the left hand side to see if we have someone in your area.
