This year we will be presenting eight lucky winners with an Apple iPad as well as a Cerebra trophy.

To enter, all you need to do is tell us about the child you are nominating and why you think they deserve an award - it could be for their courage or bravery; for something they have achieved at home, school or in daily life; for their sense of humour or simply for being who they are. We'd also like you to tell us why an iPad would be beneficial to them. We'd love to see some photos too.

The awards are open to children aged 16 and under who have been diagnosed with a neurological condition. The closing date for nominations is Friday 6th September 2013. The winners will be chosen and presented with their prizes during the autumn, at a venue convenient to where they live.
