If you like the idea of getting some fresh air and exercise in the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside in support of brain injured children and their families, then why not join in Cerebra’s Preseli Trek.
Cerebra, the national charity for brain injured children, is looking for people to join in a 23 mile sponsored walk from Crymych to Fishguard on Sunday 6th May to raise much needed funds. While the walk will undoubtedly be a challenge the terrain is mostly flat and the walk will be led by experienced walker Cyril Phillips and his team. There will also be a backup car along the route for refreshments and to cater for anyone who wishes to drop out.
A bus will be provided to take walkers from Carmarthen to the starting point in Crymych and return them from Fishguard at the end of the walk. A buffet will be provided for all walkers at their final destination – the Ship Inn at Fishguard.
Places are limited so if you would you like to grab your walking boots and raise money for a worthy cause please contact Allyson Silverthorne at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 01267 244222.
